Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

United States Shipping
Standard shipping is $8.00.

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after shipment. Please note that processing time occurs before transit time and is not included in this estimate.

Multiple Shipments
Because some Hex & Hollow items may ship from different fulfillment locations, products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipment has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
